Using Hue Saturation, Levels, Type Tool and Adjustment Layer
I wanted an image on my back cover and didn’t want to use just a colour square, so I searched into Google “Grey Horror” and one image stood out to me, this is the image below. This image will not be seen much after all the text and image I have over it.
The image placed right
under the other images and fills the whole space, this is the original image
with nothing applied to it. This is the image after with adjustments layer
Hue/Saturation and Levels, I decided for it to have a more grey tone and fits more with the front
cover in particular the bottom half. I have also placed my text, right under the image where it is usually placed from research I gathered this. I changed the blend mode and added an adjustment layer to this (Hue/Saturation) so the text would fit with the text above because I found it was not the right colour until I applied the different effect.
